The 100 Stories Seize the Day Notebook is a simple, classic and well-made notebook! The notebook contains a total of 152 pages which are separated into the following sections:
- 1 page of Intro
- 2 pages of Beginning
- 140 pages of 100 Stories Note (28 pages x 5 chapters)
- 8 pages of Note
- 1 page of Personal Information
Each chapter is made up of Intro, 100 stories, and epilogue. The 100 stories is where you title each chapter and jot down goals resolutions, promises and thoughts! At the end of each chapter, there is the epilogue page where you can write down more of your thoughts, impression, lessons and plans.This spring binder notebook can be used as a study note, bucket list, baby journal and more!
